Until now I never fully understood how to tell the difference between male and female birds. I always thought it had to be determined surgically. Until now.
Below are two birds. Study them closely... Which of the two birds is a female???
It can be done even by one with limited bird watching skills.

Actually there's no male bird in the picture. It's a tale of two female birds, the one with the beak open consistently reminded the silent one:"Next time i caught you with my man you'll have both legs cut off, do i make myself clear?" Having a guilt feeling the silent bird ashamedly turned her face away.
