Some of you seem to forget that Carnival play a big part in Haiti cultural activities...
You cannot stop all cultural activities in a country because a small group have decided to create chaos/ mischief in order to get things done their way. |

C'est triste , il n' avait pas besoin de faire çà. Il n'a aucun respect pour la fonction de Chef d'État ...il restera un ancien président et doit se comporter comme tel...
