Back in 1998 all the way thru 2005, bands like Phantoms, Zenglen, Sweet Mickey and many others were coming to ATL, I think Jose was still living Oboy

Oh Boy...no pun intended.. lol.

Back in 1998-2005, it was only one "bal" or at most 2 per year. Jose claimed that post 2005 he was doing 5 to 10 "bals" per year, therefore added ATL in the HMI map. That is what you have to deny.

I think he has done a lot in the ATL market, granted lately he is doing only 2 a year and the past 2 (Tvice-Disip and TiMicky) were not that good especially the Timicky one with around 85 people.

In this small HMI circle, once you fell in the "High Risk promoters list" due to "bay plinyin" or "dwé band balance", the word will spread between bands and you will have hard times securing bookings unless you can come up with higher deposits if not full payments.

So no need to blame Carimi (the most flexible band to deal with in the HMI when it comes to money...they will not fight for balance, but they will make you take it as a debt..every promoter owed Carimi some changes). Jose needs to get back to what made him good in the past...have foot soldiers in the ground and promote the hell more...He is a good kid and he has some good HMI connections (worked with Tvice a lot and that says a lot as them brothers + la madré do not play with money...He will be back in force and will do fine.
