GROMOSSO: "I was told not too long ago, an HMI superstar received a check for $1500 from a fan after the band's performance. I've seen it happens where fans give artists cash in the middle of the bal several times. This is nothing new."
BOGARD....You know we need you to break it down for us.
Members...Do you think it's right or wrong for an artist to accept gifts/money from fans?

of course the performers can accept gifts from the public..they are in a service business..they give good services they get tipped pour services get rotten tomatoes.

i dont think a fan gonna give a artist money specially a check 4 $1500.

Pat, I've seen it happen numerous times at bals where fans give artists money before, during, and after. Some do it to get shout outs of course, others do it as a way of thanking them for the show.

$1500! That’s crazy. I don’t think an Artist should accept that much money from a fan. It is clear to me the reason why a fan would give them that much money is because they want to be the artist friend or/and be in their crowd. I think if an artist accepts the money they will be taking advance of a fan. WOW.
