The time has come again for us to put our line up together for this year. We would like your opinion on which bands should participate this year. We will select seven to eight bands. Please feel free to participate because your opinions do matter.

We'll be waiting Very Happy

Please tell us why you would pick these bands Cool

K-Dans- They have one of the best albums on the market right now and that's good enough for me. They've been working very hard at making a comeback and EASY FIT is testament of tenacity. They deserve a spot.

T-Vice, Djakout, Carimi- No-brainers.

Kreyol La and KREZI- They both have new albums out, very good ones I might add, they both deserve to be in the line-up but we already knows where Kreyol La stands when it comes to being in the venue with KREZI. So you choose Pam.
Laughing

Nu Look- The band is one of the top bands we have in the HMI. I'm hoping their new cd will have already been released in time for the festival. Besides, New York should never pass on an opportunity to get some Anti-Stress. Laughing

Mizik Mizik- Do I need to say more? BTW, they will have a new album out and definitely bring something different to the festival.

Can't go wrong with Ram, Boukman Eksperyans, Koudjay.

Gromoso already gave you the list. This is all the important players in the HMI right now. If you can't find Nu Look maybe you can replace them with Zenglen and that's it. I don't think anyone can come up with a better list.

Good Luck !!

KDans: The buzz around their new album is enough for me to give them invite to this year’s festival.

T-Vice, CaRiMi: At this point when you don’t have the likes of them at your festival, it’s always like you are missing something.

Djakout: They need to be invited, to make up for last year’s no show

Nu- Look: Too good, not to be invited.

Ram: I have always been a RAM fan, and I am curious to hear some of the latest material live. (selfish reason, but I am honest)

Fahrenheit: I really like this group (since the Ti Doz days, and I think more people need to give them a chance and if their performance is tight it might lead to bigger and better things.

Ti Kabzy: It’s about time that people involved with festivals stop frontin’ on a group that doesn't get enough love in the HMI (my opinion). Will it take for Ti Kabzy to be invited to "Les grand Merchant zouk" au Zenith to get a little love.

Mizik Mizik: Another selfish choice, especially since they haven’t come out with a new album yet, but honestly this group almost NEVER disappoints live. Very Happy

Black Alex: I can name a couple of groups above that would mind it if he were invited to do his thing. Wink Wink

Sweet Micky as MC of the whole thing.

To gromosso's list I take koudjay out and replace it by either: Farenheit, Patricia Juste, T-Kabzi or Take off. Just for different vibe.
