According to a popular promoter in Florida who does not want his name revealed, he told us this about GAZZMAN and ARLY.
FLORIDA PROMOTER: "GAZZMAN and ARLY messed up big time in terms of a potential money making deal. NEG YO AL KITE FANATIK YO KONEN KE YO ANFOM...KE YO PA GIN PWOBLEM....KE YO ZANMI...KE YO PALE NAN TELEPHONE. That was a mistake because what that does is it kills any potential NU LOOK/DISIP tour around different cities in the HMI that could have given them both a lot of money.
SI PEP LA TE KONEN KE YO FACHE OU PA PALE..and if the people could see that there was still some friction, they would have paid any amount of money to see that polemik on tour. GAZZMAN for strategic reasons stopped going after Arly...paske li te commence pat bon pou li, so he had to shift gears towards Richie and Klass. While if the 2 bands play, it can still get a lot of people curious to go check them out together, but you know that the Haitian public rinmin ti pale anpil la...ti choffage ki te ka ginyin entre GAZZMAN AK ARLY a...pou yap choute sou lot la....LI PA EXISTE anko and that will take a good amount of money from both Gazzman and Arly's pockets in terms of tour together."

| He would have been right if we were still in the 90's when things were done differently in the HMI. But you see, this is the problem that exist in the HMI!!!! We ignore that things changed, there is evolution taking place, yes they are slow changes but nonetheless we're evolving. Tande sa yon pwomote di!!! So fans that go out like choas, goumen nan bal, pawol anpil, pwen kab voye a dwat a goch, highang etc... Ouwe eta yon seri de neg? ouwe yon mantalite!!! hen??? Yes polemik is good and it can destructive more so for the musicians than pwomote....which explain HMI bands musical state!!!!!! |
