*KOMPA MAGAZINE: How important is the role of an HMI singer in the current HMI market...what are the top 3 ingredients that a singer of a band needs to guarantee maximum success for whatever band....and tell us why with PIPO, you feel you are ahead of your possible competitors, especially in the Miami market.
RICHIE: "Yo! Back in the days, the fans were more about the bands. Today, they're more about the singers. That goes to show you how tremendous a singer's responsibility is. If you have other key members, that can help otherwise the singer must carry all the weight. 3 top ingredients have to be Look, Talent and Talent. 1st talent is for his Voice, Range and Tune. 2nd talent is the ability to sell the business (Band) and for that, I don't think you need the details.

but the HMI as a whole and how people take it ...
