Well I think that answer is VERY SIMPLE. The answer is No. So now the next question is, SHOULD the President allow an artist that criticizes him to participate in a GOVERNMENT activity? Well this is a SUBJECTIVE question that will result in a SUBJECTIVE answer. Therefore there is NO RIGHT or WRONG answer here. My point exactly!
