Which NYC promoter who used to get the respect of many because he had the backing of a major big dog in the area, but now because the big dog is no longer there, I have heard from 5 HMI insiders (Promoters included) that he no longer has the same pull because they don't think that he can fill the shoes that the big dog used to be able to handle?
The proper thing would be to be able to give the guy the chance to prove himself, but for some reason the words "NOT MATURE ENOUGH" and "NOT ENOUGH MUSCLE" is what keeps coming back to me about why they don't feel he can handle the pressure that would come his way if he were to assume the roles that his BIG DOG friend used to handle.
