What time is it? HARMONIK TIME once again...but this time, for the group to prove to themselves and to others that the heavy burden/cloud that was weighing over them....is now gone and time to PROVE WHAT YOU GOT.
The bottom line is this...there is NO DENYING that their former manager Rodney Noel did a lot for the band in terms of exposure and instant credibility..you must give that to the guy whether you want to or not, having said that, a couple of promoters and others have also told me that they would not deal with Harmonik as long as they still had him as their manager. Now that there seemingly is a change of some sort in the management, the spotlight now falls on the NEW TEAM as well as the band to deliver the goods. The excuses for the band not doing well falling on the old regime will no longer apply.
Many have theories as to why HARMONIK is no longer the Harmonik of when they first came out...but no one can really pinpoint the real reason because there is no data or scientific evidence to point to it. All that will be left to analyze will be what the band does from now on, and how the results will come in.
It can no longer be the "US AGAINST THE WORLD" mentality that they took under the old management. The band can no longer get upset or "Marre Bouch Yo" if a piece of news that is true about them is brought up or written...as it is part of the HMI that they are in. The band can no longer allow "anyone" whether it be a member of their entourage, friends, management, close fans or outside entity "divide" them by using a DIVIDE & CONQUER mentality for personal gain. When you have something that is working...NOTHING will stop it from reaching or going where it has to be.
They have the drive and talent...now it's time for ACTION! Let's see if they can turn back the clock and make it HARMONIK TIME once again.

The new management team needs to find a way to recreate the vibe between the band and the fans. I believe the guys can do it again if they go back to the drawing board and use the same marketing and public relations formula they did when they first started.
Mac D is very active on facebook lately tring to mingle with the fans. I think it is a good sign.
HARMONIK is a music machine. The talents are evident. Now If they can blend talents with marketing and good mangement, the sky will be the limit for these guys.
Again I wish the guys and the new mangement team GOOD LUCK.

I suggest the guys put together all around marketing plan:
- Social networks (twitter, facebook, tumblr, google+, Souncloud etc)
- Ground Presence in the major cities (posters etc)
- Special promo( Chill-backstage-with Harmonik, win-a-date-with-MacD, Cooking-with-Nickenson, Create-your-own-song-with-Sanders)
- Party Presence (Give DJs special versions of their songs to spin at DJ parties)
I understand they are already implementing some of these ideas, but they gotta be like Obama and target their crowd from every possible angle.

On paper Harmonik se yon formation ki tou champion......alors menm jan avek selection Brezil sa a Harmonik failed to win ...
These guys will be on top of the HMI aussitot ke yo rekonet e konprann sa yo ka fe e sa yo reprezante....
It does not even sound right to say Mac D, Nicky, Solon nan yon djazz e djazz la en baisse...

Everybody's entitled to their own opinion whether you like it or not. Being in the public eye, you have to take the good AND the bad. So enough with the BOUDE / PLENYEN and get to work 
I honestly hope they get their act together and very quickly at that! I love the OLD Harmonik and still listen to their album and various lives. They have the talent and the means to make it happen so nap tann!
