The award goes to MICHEL MARTELLY!
ANALYSIS:
*MICHEL MARTELLY goes from ARTIST to PRESIDENT of Haiti and that is a huge deal for many of our Hmi artists. 2 artists who had the chance of becoming the first one to win this category 2 times (Belo and Arly), are outlasted by the former HMI bad boy.

I have a problem with that award
did Michel martelly perform for the year 2011 at all ?
best achievement would be preferable.

But after all he was an atis , wasn't he?
