Why is TI HARRY the only DISIP member besides SEXY BEEF who isn't sweating if he will have a spot in a NEW band "IF" GAZZMAN splits?
According to a MIAMI HMI Insider "TI HARRY will always have a spot because he is a BUSINESSMAN who has the streets. LI GIN LA RI A NAN MIN LI, therefore he will always be part of the band to help sell/move tickets, get the word/vibe on the street if something is going down, therefore..VLE PA VLE...TI HARRY ap gin plas li nan nimpot new jazz ke GAZZMAN ap fe, whether it be with a microphone on stage, or a place in the background working the streets."

Pat, I would not even consider Sexybeef as the only safe DISIP member....The HMI is too unpredictable...The Beef could be the first one to get the pink slip if he does not fit the profile of the guys they want to hire...Bagay la se negociation ak avantaj...Patrick fabre could be the only safe guy from DISIP if a new band between GAZZMAN and RICHIE emerges. The next guy who has a guaranteed spot is EL POZO...Apre sa pa gin moun ki safe...Se ler lotri ya soti ou moun ap kon si ou ladan'n...Tout moun nan kouri...

Having someone that can brasse the street is no reason for me to have him on the stage with a microphone....The time of TI SIMONE is over...if a band is going to have someone on stage...bring somebody that can hold a note, move the crowd, entertain the paying public or at least give the lead singer a break for the night by singing a couple of songs on lead CARIMI style....
When a band is hot...the tickets will move or even be sold out no matter what...se pa yon street brasseur ki pral fè anyen mache...The same way no street brasseur can move tickets when the band is not hot...or if there is another hot party against the tickets that he is selling....Banm tèt mwen...
Disip is a band that plays in other places outside of the Miami West Palm Beach I 95 Corridor...so how do you justify this guy's airlines tickets, hotel rooms, per diem and other expenses to include uniform, tuxedo rentals etc when he is performing in other places like N.Y the Caribbean and Europe...How do you justify it if he has NO BRASS in those places...
As a promoter I pay a band for a SHOW...and I like to see everyone involve on stage doing something of substance for MY BUSINESS. If his best reason for being in the band is to BRASSE the tickets and move the streets on the I 95 corridor...what about places where he has NO BUSINESS and no one to move or to sell tickets to...then the conclusion will be that he has NO BUSINESS being in those places neither....plain and simple.
Why would I put a striker on a soccer team....when I know he will not score and cannot score if he is playing outside of his home court.
My advice to Gazman is: Be like Isnard Doubi...don't be afraid to put any good singer next to you....OU SE GAZMAN DEJA...OU GAZMAN - OU GAZMAN NET...POU LA VI...YON NAN PI BON CHANTEUR NAN HMI LA...NO ONE WILL EVER STEAL THAT SPOTLIGHT BY PLAYING NEXT TO YOU....Hire someone that will BENEFIT the band...and shed more light on the stage...Someone that can built his own fan base and add another 100 people to the attendance per show, then Ti Harry can sell more tickets in the streets of Miami and other brasseurs can sell more tickets in other towns...because for now....I don't see people buying a Disip ticket because they will come to see Ti Harry's performance as an artist....Once again...Banm tèt mwen....
So Pat my answer to your post...as an evaluator....I will fire Ti Harry first instead of making sure he has a guaranteed spot....because after all this is a business for PERFORMERS and my evaluation can only be based on PERFORMANCE....show after show and not on brass after brass within a few miles on the I 95 corridor
