According to very close sources, 509 is preparing a reunion TOUR set for early 2012, which looks extremely possible that it will turn into the return of the GROUP if all goes well.

What is more shocking are the names that we are told are set to be part of the project...not all of them are confirmed.

*ALIX NOZILE (509's original congas player is still being talked to as he is playing with Tantan...so that could be a tossup)

BOOGIE and a gentleman named MICHAEL are 2 names that we've been told are involved. The other 2 names we are not sure yet.

A source said that the RICHIE/GAZZMAN project might have other musicians "ON ALERT" to turn THEIR OWN PROJECTS into something else....just in case other "projects" turn into BANDS.

Please keep Zenglen alive, Richie and Gazman would not last 2 years. Zenglen is suffering from a lack of production, Gazman is a polarizing figure either you like him or you hate him, proof he can't keep Disip alive. Richie changed 4 singers and the band keep going so do the math.

Richie, follow Arly' s example go back to the drawing board, bring another happy 50 and things should go back to normal.

The recession is not helping as well. Good luck.

Yes, Zenglen is a legendary band, however I don't think that the band is bringing enough revenue with a significant profit to satisfy the owners'(Richie,Brutus,Kenny) needs.


Richie is a veteran and a very talented songwriter,producer,however he has not been able to recreate a certain magic for the past 2 years,which might lead him to leave Zenglen and probably join force with Gazzman to spark that fire he has been looking for.The last Zenglen CD and Richie's solo album were great,but not enough to keep the HMI on its tailAlthough Richie has nothing else to prove,his ego won't let him go out of the game without putting a last fight to keep him on top.

Gazzman on the other Won't leave DISIP, because he has something to prove to the DISIP haters and the NULOOK lovers.Breaking DISIP now to create another band would be a huge blow to GAZZMAN's career,and I don't think he can afford that after fingers had been pointed out to Arly for his departure.Many DISIP members and fans would never forgive GAZZMAN for such move and that could be suicidal to his Career

Kenny has been great to Zenglen and I personally like him with the band,but something is missing. His contribution has been tremendous in keeping the band to stay afloat among zenglen's religious fans.I don't think Kenny has been convincing enough in bringing a new army of fans to the band.on other projects Kenny has been receiving lots of praise about his delivery,but the opinions differed when it comes to zenglen's album. Are those praises coming from a majority of non Richie's fans? or kenny's fans since 509 that still missed the band who would have loved for Kenny to go back and recreate the band?How Trustworthy are their opinions when it comes to Richie and Kenny?
