We spoke to NU LOOK vocalist PIPO this morning, and he basically broke it down to us like this.
PIPO: "YON MEDIA nan Miami an commence rumeur ke mwen pa nan Nu Look ankor. Rumors started by certain medias indicated that I was no longer in Nu Look. I was not even aware of the rumor until a friend of mine called me to tell me that he had been told by a media member that I was not in the group. I called ARLY to tell him "EPA'M TANDE MWEN PA NAN NU LOOK ANKOR" to let him know of the rumor that was circulating. SE YON MOUVEMENT DESTABILIZATION KI BIEN ORGANIZE KAP FET LA, the only thing is LI PAP PASSE. Something like that can't do anything to NU LOOK."
PIPO indicates that the band is on BUSINESS AS USUAL MODE, so get ready for your dose of Nu Look this weekend.

This band and crew have more enemies than any other band in the HMI.. If it was not for the quality of their music, this band would not be around today..
Keep it moving and full speed ahead.

Pipo, my advice to you and the crew:
1. Have your PR put out a statement reassuring the public and most of all your FANS that Nu Look is okay.
2. Share reports/pictures of your wonderful performance over the weekend.
3. Look forward and be consistent with your updates.
Issuing individual statements and conducting interviews with conflicting answers only shows that there is in fact a problem. It shows that you guys are not on the same page. You guys have to take control of what kind of publicity you want.
Feed into the negative or create & share the positive? It's your choice man. Believe it or not, you and the crew can have this under control. Grab the bull by the horns and take control.   |
