what's going on with the prosecution of Duvalier and Aristide?  I know the President has other things to worry about as well but what happened with that?

I don't know the latest update for Duvalier but they are not prosecuting Aristide. He's keeping a low profile in the country but unlike Duvalier, there are no prosecution going on since he first arrive to the country.
