This story is too biased.
Too one sided.
You cannnot talk about the state OF Haiti and blame it all on foreigners without giving haitians some of the responsibility.
The ousting of Aristide in 04 was not a coup d'etat, it was an uprising that started first with the student movement in Port-au-prince known as Grenn nan bounda (GNB), plus the rebels in Gonaives that turned against aristide, and then Guy Philippe and his crew.
