Here is TI MARCO's side of the story regarding accusations thrown at him by the group KARIZMA.

[b]TI MARCO: "For those who doesn't know the other side of the story Roody delpe at a point was a uturn member who did help produce a record for uturn, however Hand-Crafted had spent money for studio Session + pay other musician to play instruments on the song; Maestro Jeffx as well Work on the songs. therefore the song does not belong to an ex-member of uturn or a uturn member.
U-turn is a business like any other business. although Roudy Delpe did help Produce the record but at the end of the day He left U-Turn for his personal Reason but the band as a whole keep on working on finishing the album.

Maestro Jeffx , t-Marco and Ralph Bekham are finalizing the album due in may

PS: for the record Chwa pal doesn't belong neither to Roudy Delpe nor U-turn but Simply a Product of Hand-Crafted Productions.
Hand-Crafted work with several artist although felt that T-marco was the best fit for the song, since he had already Wrote a banging Lyrics.

OH! Okay, so the keyboard player with the dreads is Roody. I thought I remembered his face from U-Turn when I saw his face on Karizma's pictures.
Okay, now it is making sense. He is just mad because he left, they kept it, and now the song is a potential hit. Mmk, just the typical stuff, nothing special.

Well after reading both statements, it looks like Roody makes more sense. The statement posted on this post sounds like BS and will NOT stand in court....sorry guys! These are the questions you need to clarify:

Did Roody give you guys any right to release that song.... on paper?

Did he sign some sort of release of ownership form to U-turn?

Did Roody get compensated for the song?

Who wrote the lyrics?

Did JeffX actually senquence the song from scratch? If not, what exactly did he add to the sequence?

Why didn't Roody get any credit for the song?

Bottom line: You can't just take over HIS work, add your flavor to it and release it under your name and claim you're a business. Unless Roody signed some sort of release form stating that all songs contributed to the making of U-Turn's album belong to the band and not their respective owners, you got no ground at all! Also, he must get credits!!
