Would that be considered an "ENDORSEMENT"...or is that a price for service rendered?

Could it be why the charismatic singer and his managers are in Haiti according to sources?

i don't think any candidate with the misery of the haitian people at heart would blow up cash like that just to get an endorsement....as a matter of fact it should have been the other way around...people who believes in your plans should have raised money for your campaign

If this is true… I feel extremely saddened and angry that a candidate feels like they can buy Gazzman’s (or anyone else’s) voice to abet his campaign. It’s very reprehensible that Couleur didn’t make it his duty to choose a candidate wisely and endorse him freely---he had to be bought.

This is just wrong on all levels possible.

It is an endorsement or as I call it an endorsement deal. It is not illegal so Gazzman ap jere Gazzman.
