It's sad that a band ki ta supoze considere kom professionel

tankou harmonick felt like they should go on a show like this.

It speaks to the shortcomings of our industry.

There should be other ways for Harmonick to get exposure to american crowds other than trying to compete on a show full of armateurs who probably have never been recorded. I feel like they should not be on the same competition as some of these people.

But that is not to put harmonick down or criticize them. As I said, that speaks to the shortcomings of our industry.

However, I think they had a great audition. And their experience was recognized by the judges. Which was great.

I did not want to comment so as to think I am against this move by Harmonik. If helps good for them but what if they don't even make it to the big rounds. Then it makes me ponder are people like Nicky and others second tier jokers in the HMI. Highly praised by our own but cannot stand amongst the rest. This thing could be good but it could also be very bad. I would not have done it!!!

NO I HAVE 2 DISAGREE WITH U BECAUSE 'WE" KNOW HARMONIK IS A GREAT BAND AND THEY CAN PERFORM.....

DA AUDIENCE DAT WAS THERE DONT KNOW WHO THEY R....

WEN U WANT SOMETHING U HAVE 2 START FROM STEP 1.....

IF U GO 2 ANY OTHER COUNTRY AND ASKED WHO HARMONIK IS THEY WONT KNOW UNLESS U R OF COURSE HAITIAN.....

I THINK DAT IS A GREAT START 4 THEM....

BECAUSE ALL DA OTHER BANDS R DOING IS SITTING DOWN WAITING 4 WYCLEFF 2 BOOST THEM UP AND MAKE'EM WORLD KNOWN

OR FEAT HIM N A SONG JUST SO THEY CAN SAY WYCLEFF IS ON THEIR ALBUM Rolling Eyes !

I just have a problem with the platform that they chose to do it.

I understood wat u said, n u right they dont have lots of diff choices, da only choice they have is waiting on wycleff n im glad dat harmonik didnt do so!

I totally agree with you and I feel the same way that you do about the move. I am proud of the guys for their performance and trying to take the music to a different, but I think a a show for mostly amateurs is the wrong platform. Hopefully it benefits the guys and the industry in the long run. I think it says more about the HMI that a band people are claiming to be in the top 6 or top 5 is competing in Amarica got talent. I hope they do win but if they don't win, it will say a lot about the HMI.

I wonder why you people can't just ignore her with all these stupid
comments she be making. All she's here to do is just trying to turn such
a positive move into negative by making people like me mad.

LadV, I understand where you’re coming from.

However, nothing is ever absolute when it comes to praise, especially if we are talking about music. A world without criticism does not exist, it’s fake. For every 10,000 people who love something, you may find another 20,000 that hate it.

With that said, if judging from this board alone, the preponderance (including me) has Harmonik’s back in this endeavor.
