What's going on is just the "resultante" of Gazzman demonizing Arly over the years. So now the public have pity for him and unfortunately see him as a victim. Not a matter of friends or fans. Badmouthing Arly everywhere just happen to work for him now but for how long we don't know yet. Nu-Look power reside in great music, Gazzman power is playing victim card and badmouthing nan restaurant, barber shop etc...Ou pa oblije culpabiliser Arly pou w' ka pase pou bon. Verite ap rete verite!

Gazman is also responsible for Nu Look's "great music" that you're talking about....so Laport, so Patrick Pluviose; all these people contributed to Nu Look sound and legacy.....cheaters love to take all credit for themselves.....

So someone who has been in this industry for long is saying that it’s better to have friends en lieu of fans? How many friends would you need to fill a venue? How many Cds can friends buy? Do most friends even buy anything or are they always envisaging freebies?

In a conventional industry, fans would be all one needs from a business stance; but in this HMI of ours, both are necessitated (from the same business stance). If a musician has people who can scrupulously be in conformity with the role of both, cherry on top for him.

you can't prove none of your claims....you sound like bitter individual who's simply hurt for whatever reason....
your kind loves to hold people responsible for your failures and short-comings.....you will blame everyone, but never look at yourself......change starts with the man in the mirrow homie....

go listen to Nas' and Damian Marley song called "Friends", then you may be able to understand what the gentleman is saying....

i knew i peeped the bitterness in you...

"ASE" is a great record....one of fovorites of Nu Look's....this record reveals what Nu Look was supposed to be or could have been or should have been....the power of the Arly/Gazman conbination, but because of hatred opportunities wasteddddd.......

Gazman is good with people.....he doesn't fear people becuase he sees himself as them....he is not afraid to talk to them.....he is not afraid to hug them....his value is high....he is humaine...he doesn't see himself as more superiior than the fans.......as a result, people love him ...they can identify with him......and i mean the people not PIPO....investigate about most great artists and see how the treat people and identify with the people....and you can't fake that.....
