Nice change of pace from the usual and the lead singer's voice is good.

I could see myself dancing to this. I'm not an expert with musical arrangements but it seems to me that it needs some fine-tuning in the studio.

Good luck guys!

First off.. THANKS to all who forwarded this track to me... Ya'll made sure a sistah got a listen huh! Much luv.. Thxs! Very Happy

On my first listen..... Oooo Laa Laaaa.... Tet Kole.. Jeux Femen.. Hmmmm as she closes her eyes and visualize her & that "special someone" ap bien danse "as one".. Im a suckah for love songs.. yes I am..

First Thought: Oh hell yeah... My girls can jam to this track.. They get in my car and jam to my music without understanding a thing! But this track, they will definitely love it.. which means this track speaks volume. You get the attention of ALL music lovers.. Give them a dose of some Kompas.. but not 100% where they are completely lost in the track and all they can do is bop their head & just appreciate musically.. The English twist makes it cater-able to all.. My girls can not just only dance & get lifted to some Haitian tracks, they can relate... understand... appreciate...

Lyrics.. CUTE! Nothing TOO complex.. Lyrics were pretty simple.. but they were cute! A video automatically came to mind and I played a whole scenery in my mind..

Vocals.. Who are YOU! Where have you BEEN! Thank you!
I can appreciate the American/RnB flow to the track.. Your voice is beautiful whoever you are.. went right under my skin with scattered goosebumps... Definitely a thumbs up from me... The singer didn't OD.. He sang in tune.. and stayed in his element... hell yeah.. good shit. (vocal arrangements are on point..) Sending a Hi5 through the screen.. for real.

When the singer opened his mouth and began the first verse, I wanted to MELT immediately (gosh Im blushing typing this..Embarassed ) He just blew into the mic with those soothing vocals epi li voye'm ale.. I thought of a man creeping from behind and singing those tunes in my ear.. AYAYAYYYYYY! Im wildin' I know! So what.. Smile Its Friday. Smile

Side Notes:

DJ Kreyol.. I went back to the .50 mark you weren't too fond of w the vocals..

I hear two separate vocals.. The background vocals.. as the lead singer coats it with his adlibs.. Not sure what the 3rd vocal is that you hear.. but in MY opinion, I think it was arranged just fine. When I read your 3 separate vocal comment I was expected "clutterness" but NAH, I think they executed that just fine.. But what do I know.. All I know is that it sounded good in these ears of mine..

The Bassline isnt "pronounced" but its there... He started off great in the beginning. Im a BASS lover so I picked it up quick.. but then it slowly started to fade throughout the song.. wasn't as pronounced as he started.. but its there..

The solo guitar... it wasnt like WHOA! but it wasn't that bad either. It was decent. If they are expecting to play this track live, YES I agree, he's going to have to step up a few notches.. As one would say "rest la pou bal".. I hope...

But OVERALL.... I am a satisfied customer with this track... I think its a good INTRODUCTION track for SO FRESH... Its definitely "fresh" indeed.. I purposely didn't want to read the reviews before I heard this track for myself.. so my views weren't "influenced".. I read the reviews after a few listens... and this review is how I truly feel about the track.. as my other reviews when I hear a track..

I appreciate this track because of my circle... I know they will love it.. I personally like it as well tho..

BUT... next single... Drop some CREOLE on me please... and we good money!

GOOD LUCK! and welcome to ACHEMAY!

CIAOOO!!!!

Good Question JB.. I meant to ask too, KompaKing... Your role is what??

Heres a few more:

1) So you guys are based out of NY??

2) What is your format.. Full? Or that digital mess?.. (lol) Its all good..we gotta start off somehow somewhere.. so its not a mess..

3) Have you guys made it out of the studio & started to rehearse as a band??

4) Who is the front person of So Fresh??

5) What is the band's mission??

6) What made you guys release a full English track VS a Creole or even SEMI Creole track??...
