For the past 4 years I never miss a PNP performance every time I go to miami, they always play for a full house of a selected crowd, One weird thing I notice is that a lot of people in my country know more about kompa history, kompa musicians, kompa bands than people living in haiti or the haitian communities. One thing we always do is read the credit section on the album and try to know as much possible who's who. My haitians friends always come ask me questions about kompa, weird.
P N P = Plezi Nap Pran is a miami based band who plays most higher scale parties in the community.
Sax is Legend Loubert Chancy and Greg Blaise
conga Pat Coby of Latino in the 70s Tropical Sextet & Orchestre Pépé Bayard
Keyboard Carlos Ramirez of Ibo Lélé band , Tropical Sextet, Miami Heat band, PNP
Guitar : Eddy Altine of the Shleu Shleu fame
2nd Guitar Carl Craig
Bass Kerby Baton
Singers Rudy and Phantal Guilbaud of Djet X
