DAAN JUNIOR erupted on the HMI scene with a hit song entitled "AVE'W". Another reason why he stood out was because his voice was/is eerily close to his idol's Alan Cave. He created his band, and has since released a couple of other CDS (Studio/Live). He also had another buzz song "J'AI SOIF DE TOI" that turned heads in the HMI.
NOW....Having said that, WHERE DO YOU SEE DAAN JUNIOR on the HMI landscape?
* A) A 1 HIT WONDER...GWO VAN TI LA PLUIE
*B) POTENTIAL future big hit maker that we all should keep an eye on
*C) An IN BETWEEN type of artist who will NEVER become a legitimate headliner
or
WHERE is DAAN JUNIOR on YOUR HMI scale?

We should definately keep an eye on him. He seems to connect with the ladies well but he needs to travel to the states more and have his material played on radios more. after his first album i haven't really heard much from him but this guy has the talent and should keep coming strong. btw, band sa se plis yon band pou yon neg al ak fanm yo e ploge the night away. |

Very talented artist. To me his musics learn more toward relationships, wedding & the ladies man. I think we should keep him in the loop, he might just be the next big deal out of there. _________________ "It's not wheter you win or lose, it's wheter I win" |

I think we should pay attention to him, the guy can definitely sing.
He used to get blamed for not up to par in the “playing live department”
But I understand that he is now on tour in the states and his band is playing tight now. |

A. He had had hits.....he had a couple of songs that really really made it.
B. Yes....he is a hit maker....if you can make songs for the ladies......you have potentials.....Daan Junior is that guy........when his songs are played in soiree......tout fanm kanpe doubout...
C. That's up to him. He will dictate his own future
In the past i felt like his problems were the fact that He sounded horrible live....and that threw people off.... _________________ «Nègre, je suis et, nègre, je resterai.» Je suis Philosophenoir |

I see him make it big if he push for it. He has a voice that can capture ppl specially the love song. I think if zin take him to replace Alan right now.. I bet zin fans will go and support Zin but that is not the case. However this guy replace Alain Cave when it comes to his vocal. |

i think he will be another tantan big enough to put with another band but not big enough to be the headliner cause his name can create some buzz for an event but not enough to get a full house |
