Three women charged, one wanted in motel room assault on Fond du Lac man they said was sleeping around

CHILTON — Four Fox Valley women face felony charges in connection with the ambush-style assault of a Fond du Lac man whom they say had many too many affairs.
The women are accused of attacking the man Thursday at a Stockbridge motel where he was lured by the offer of a rubdown from one of the women.
The man voluntarily submitted to being bound and blindfolded by one of the women — Therese A. Ziemann, 47, Menasha, according to the criminal complaint.
She then cut off his underwear with a scissors and summoned the other women to the room with a text message.
When they arrived, Ziemann struck the man in the face and glued his penis to his stomach.
The man also told police he was threatened with a gun, though investigators could not substantiate his claim.
Ziemann and two of the other three women — Wendy L. Sewell, 44, and Michelle M. Belliveau, 43, both of Kaukauna -- made initial appearances in Calumet County Court on Friday.
Bail for each was set at $200 cash, and included orders to have no contact with the victim, who The Northwestern is not identifying because the charges against Ziemann include fourth-degree sexual assault.
An arrest warrant was issued Friday for the victim’s wife, Tracy M. Hood-Davis, of Fond du Lac, said Ken Kratz, Calumet County district attorney. Hood-Davis also faces a charge of being party to false imprisonment.
The victim told police his wallet, vehicle and cell phone were gone when the women left as in a rush after he started screaming.
Ziemann was charged with being party to false imprisonment, fourth-degree sexual assault, and misdemeanor battery. Sewell and Belliveau were charged only with being party to false imprisonment, a felony carrying a maximum penalty of six years imprisonment.
Ziemann told police she met Davis online through an ad posted on craigslist.com, fell in love with him and had paid for his use of the motel room for the past two months. She told police she also had given him about $3,000 before learning he was married and had several other girlfriends. |

Wow, this shit gets worst and what is up with $200 bail. This is sending a wrong message to these violent women that violence is ok. Also, you met a dude on craiglist I mean what did you expect.
