there is no such thing as a private life when you become a celebrity
i for one think the media should definitely report the news whether its regarding their private life or not, news is news thats it.... specially when they beating up their wives or girlfriend, if the stars don't what that
et bien yo te met al chercher yon lot metier. |

In all honesty man, the real question to me is whether YOU the media (internet, radio, TV, magazines, etc) are ready to face any possible heat that might come your way if you choose to go the tabloid route.
Do YOU the Haitian media believe our artists are open-minded enough to accept that you're only doing your jobs by reporting information that might prove to be unflattering and/or controversial? |

When the media officially reports those stories they should also be ready for all the lawsuits that will come there way...As long as they are rumors it is one story, when they become official stories straight from a media then you open another door.
I believe that when you are a star you no longer have a private life wether you like it or not you should try to protect everything that you would not like the public to know. _________________ Some men see things as they are and say Why?, Others dream of things and say Why Not? |

Is there someone suing over a rumor? Let me laugh at this one!!!! National Enquier would have long be bankrupt if reporting rumors is illegal. _________________ Statehood or Bust |

It does not matter what the artists thinks because they always want the good spotlight but public usually likes the other stuff. _________________ Statehood or Bust |

The HMI is such a small circle that I doubt that most media personality will take the risk of airing out the dirty laundry of these HMI personalities.
I personally would love to see some pics of our HMI starts shopping on Flatbush Ave in NY or at the flea market in Liberty city. If the HMI photographers decided to go the paparrazzi route, would they get the their shouts on CDs on at the bals? _________________ "Mesye bliye chèz la, al nan sena a, oubyen al fè sinema" Beethova Obas. |

Ala oun KM sa papa......
Am I ready for stories like that?
Not really. None of my business really. People's private life should remain private as long as it does not interfere with the liberties of others...I prefer the music news...Who did what better, who has a kick ass music. Which band's CD will dominate the market....etc.... _________________ Some men see things as they are and say Why?, Others dream of things and say Why Not? |

Let me answer your question to the best of my ability,
tout moun isi a konnen m pa rete ak pesonn, and what I do, m pa fel ni pou relation, ni pou shout out sou CD. A la minute que Pat or anybody else in the HMI media is willing to pay a 100 bucks per shot, I will start working and bringing thse shots for them to buy. Unfortunately we do not have such structure.
Secondly to answer Pat's question, I think news like this should be publish. The minute that we started posting news and pictures of our stars new babies, weddings and so on, we should be willing to publish the ugly side of their relationships, their struggles and so on. They are public figures and what they do is of interest to anyone. While I dont think they would be anything wrg with doing so...you have to understand that what gets publish is the media's call. _________________
