The thing that makes cringe a lot here is you state you are an assistant but you act like the manager. Well Madman told Pat he gave his contact info so I guess Madman and you are off page a lot here.

Either way, I find the whole thing bizarre.

Where did I come as a manager to you? Cell phones and fax number are not addresses are they? And what good is a phone number if you all you keep getting is voice mail?

Well, a fax number is so you could have sent him copies thru that means right? Email addresses are also known form of legally presenting documents also which Madman stated he provided.

I cannot blame those guys for being super cautious especially if someone is signed with a manager the next thing you hear you are screwing somebody over money.

Since you guys had spoken to Madman you could have asked for an address but then again he gave you an email. I guess you guys wanted to chat with him at home.

I will say this again, it stinks and there is more to this story.

Another thing, when you say

It gives an implication you are a manager, if you were not you could not call on behalf of Ms. Rapahel legally speaking you are only calling behalf of yourself since you are not a manager. Then again you maybe a friend of Madman I don't know.

Wow! Three years ago I was working as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of the accounting department. I handle all his phone calls, set up all his appointment and meetings, sent email on his behalf,I was his immediate contact for any infromation that outside firm needed from him, I guess that made me manager of the department.

Thanks for clarifying nothing, it is one thing to handle phone calls and schedule meetings and sending email for another when it is clear you work under him. It is another to be contacting somebody on behalf of another to negogiate a contract. What was the purpose of the call? The issue has always been who was the real manager, apparently from what Pat wrote it was clear Madman was confused and when you call on someone's behalf it just adds more confusion.

It was just simple to send the management agreement for these people review. It is fair don't you think?

BTW, I am done with this issue maybe Madman could eloborate more. The way things are being presented something just is not right.

As much as I want to disagree with Haitianone, and despite my sadness, I have to agree with him.

I don't think it is appropriate that you should be speaking on behalf of an artist, in this case Elektra formerly known as Elektra Unless you are the designated spokesperson or the manager for that artist. I think you should cease this conversation as it is hurting ms Cassandra I mean Elektra more than helping the situation.

Bottom line is you presented what happened right or wrong but you gave your side of the story at this point Ms./Mr Spokesperson or Manager should take over. Just a friendly advice.

If that is what you want to take out my response find with me. As far as I know there where no issue with Mr. Madman as to who was the manager since he was told who the manager was and had chosen to ignore all the phone call made by the manager.

I was not calling him to negotiate contract like you stated I was calling him as an assistant to forward what he had requested to him.
