Pat did say many HMI stars but since you did pick him out isn't he allowed to change his mind at one point or the other...that's the beauty of politics...I could be a registered Democrat or Republican and vote either way and you'll never know _________________ "Mwen di non, AYITI PAP KRAZE!!!!" |

I understand your post but...DON'T YOU THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT to choose and say WHOEVER IT IS THAT THEY WANT TO VOTE FOR without fearing any repercussions from the Haitian public?
KM! |
Pat, I think they do have the right to publicly voice their opinions and I am ok with that. And I don't think there will be any repercussions per se if they do acknowledge their choice publicly.
But we're talking about artists who are used to being oppressed in their home country. So it doen't surprise me at all if they want to go with the flow in public. |

WELL, WHEN YOU LOOK AT MCCAIN AND OBAMA, WELL I WILL GO WITH OBAMA. REMEMBER, MCAIN IS 72 YEARS OLD!
PAT, SE TE TOUJOU SA!
A MCAIN WIN WILL ASSURE THAT AMERICA WILL BE ABLE TO GO TO HAITI AND KIDNAP A PRESIDENT WHENEVER THEY WANT. BUT, WITH OBAMA, IT IS LESS LIKELY THAT WILL HAPPEN.
I THINK THAT IS WHY SOME OF THE STARS ARE CONCENED ABOUT!
WELL, THAT IS THEIR CHOICE! _________________ AUX PAS, AVEC LE KOMPAS! |

Not that this makes it ok, but everyone is doing it.
This is a tactic that is used a lot: just associate yourself with whatever's hot or popular to boost themselves, there own popularity.
I mean that is the #1 thing about advertising.
Might as well point the finger at every business everywhere.
This is no different then the "going Green" frenzy or any trend.
Now that being said, of course it's not right..moraly but it is perfectly legal.
But the real question is, they could be pretending to support Obama, but can all these "superstar" even vote?

It wouldn't surprise me if those HMI artists making $250,000 a year or more ,vote for McCain. Who wants to pay more taxes?..They're just looking out for their own economic interest. I don't see anything wrong with that but many might ...that's probably why they keep it a secret. _________________ Gen Yon ser de nobodyyy.. kap vinn pran poz yo.. |

Great Post Pat, HMI stars are just fooling themselves who cares who you go for. Be a Man/Women back up for what you believe in. for example if all the members of T-vice or Carimi voted McCain (which will be smart lol) you think next week or Thanksgiving attendance will drop ? I doubt it |
