A) HIT FACTOR/COMMERCIAL: 5 The beat is ready to be an hit.
B) MUSICIANSHIP:5 There's place on that song for a solo just to give a lil chance to the ladies for a TI DANCE PLOGÉ! It would have been better with a nice solo from the keyboard .
C) VOCALS: 4 No complains whatsoever...Olivier did a great job with his enunciation. But the Mika's part is too short. I was expected a bit more from him . I mean his vocal is perfect and the way he sang on that track is perfect but man he left the flow when i started to feel the vibes. I think the beat has place for a bit more dancehall's flow from mika. They can do a remix to fix it.
D) SUBJECT MATTER/LYRICS: 4 I can't say nothing about the lyrics parts they did what they had to do.
SUMMARY/CLOSING ARGUMENT: Great song!!!
I always said that Olivier Duret would be a better singer with Krezi Mizik. This track just proved it to me. An Olivier Duret + Mikaband on a duo would be much more better than Olivier + Roberto and even more than Mika + Ti Roos.

5 BUZZWORTHY: Keep an eye on this group/artist.
4 GOOD: You got my attention, even though the song is not perfect
3 FAIR: Average piece of work
2 POOR: Needs a LOT OF WORK
1 UNACCEPTABLE: Should Not have gotten in the studio to waste our time

I think this is my first 5!! CATCHY HOOK!!!! Very RnBish
B) MUSICIANSHIP 4.5
The spanish guitars will drive everybody crazy!! The music is simple, yet coherent. it flows!
C) VOCALS 5 (my first 5 in this category as well)
The best part of the song!! Well mixed! Simple and to the point.
There is a delay between the main voice of the chorus and the harmonies, I think it's intentional. A lot of RnB producers do this nowadays.
My favorite part: Mika band!! This dude got the golden touch!
D) SUBJECT MATTER/LYRICS 4
to the point and catchy!! Well arranged!!
SUMMARY/CLOSING ARGUMENT:
My highest rated song thus far. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys catch the attention of the big dogs. It's well produced! Will be very popular in the Antilles Market as well!! |
