SUNDAY NIGHT LABOR DAY WEEKEND after the festival, DJAKOUT MIZIK is "OFF" because according to their representative KENSY, he wanted it that way because he wants the group to concentrate on MONDAY'S LABOR DAY PARADE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS......
RORO says DJAKOUT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHY they are not playing on SUNDAY NIGHT like most bands in New York for a major Holiday weekend.
RORO says that the group will meet with KENSY upon their arrival in New York to find out the reasoning behind why DJAKOUT is NOT booked for that Sunday night, when it is apparent that other promoters have inquired about DJAKOUT's services for that night.
KENSY who is doing the 3 band party ON SUNDAY NIGHT (NU LOOK, TVICE, CARIMI) told me last week or a couple of weeks ago that DJAKOUT not playing that same night in New York HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS BAL THAT NIGHT, except that HE WANTS DJAKOUT TO CONCENTRATE ON LABOR DAY MONDAY instead of worrying about playing a bal THAT SUNDAY NIGHT after the festival, and then having to rush to go on the float the next morning to take care of business.
RORO and apparently some other members of DJAKOUT do NOT agree or understand that strategy, which is why they need to get an explanation from KENSY ACCORDING TO RORO when the group gets to New York.

Sa pap retiré anyin nan performans djazz si l jwe dimanche soir.
