I am not sure why you are surprised. NU LOOK used to send bal pictures to us on a regular basis...I was told that they had stopped because of technical difficulties. So they are just starting something that they had done before.
NUMBER 2: In response to your question about a P.R, I do not have an answer to that for you because ARLY did not announce anything to me. Usually the top dogs in the bands would alert me to any such move, therefore I am not aware of anything of the sort. Things are not official to me unless I hear from the top dogs in the group like I do for other groups.
