Dora, I felt the same way when I heard it on the CD, I had to listen to it about 4 times and I was like "Ok its passable" but today at my desk, I actually sat down and listened to the words when Pat's interview with Alan described the chorus.. after maybe a dozen time I had never sat and LISTENED to the words... but after the chorus description I opened my ears  and now Its a keeper...
I took the liberty of writing the lyrics that I heard (My kreyol written is not perfect so forgive me) but when you read them you might say "awwww... damn.... those are nice sentiments..."

Wouch. I only got as far as the end of the first sentence before my heart jumped to the sound of Alan's voice  Seriously though, I love the way the song starts with him showcasing a stronger voice than he usually does and the way the music is really lets his voice take center stage without too much hooplah in the background. As the song continues, it gets more uptempo than expected which guarantees that it'll get attention at the clubs. Me likee

lol, I know but I think'he did it on purpose to show that even the crazy and impossible things he'll do for her, lol. He mentions that part in the interview on the other thread.
