We know you don't do reviews, Gromosso, but just curious as to the way they sound. Did they play well? Does this band have a stable future in the HMI?..

To tell you the truth EY, if these guys are serious about making name for themselves, they certainly have the musical capability to do it. As Zipgenel and Kompared previously alluded to last week, their style of playing is very raw and hard core.

HMI Bass Giant Yves "The Fridge" is leading the pack. They have some very good and underrated musicians, especially drummer Fanfan formerly of 509 (one of my favorite Compas Direct drummers btw) and their guitars (Donaldo and Ti Zo). One thing I noticed about the band, they like to showcase their horn sections, the musicians do solos as well as free style. You know what, let me stop commenting and let you guys judge for yourselves.

I mentioned this a few days ago, the Volume studio CD is very good. The last time a breakout CD impressed me that much was when NYAS came out.
