somewhere along the way, we seem to equate "bon kompa" with LOUD and boisterous.

DANCING--
mei mei and eve-lore seem to have good rapport. if hangout decides to keep both ladies, then dance moves need to be coordinated. eve-lore is all over the place. gacon ayicien rinmin ti gouyad yo and mei mei delivered bon yayad pou ti mesye yo. eve-lore bless her heart was wild and crazy. she has potential. i will give her a pass for tonight and pray she does better when she learns all the songs.

SINGING
i didn't mind her voice. was it the best i have ever heard? definitely not, but try as i might, i didn't hate her voice. i think i hated the song due to its loudness more than displeasure with her voice. again, i will give a free pass for tonight and pray she sounds better next time.

SEX APPEAL

i think both ladies have sex appeal. well if hangout was trying to find a body to match mei mei's, they almost nailed it, but fell short. in this business, you have to have it together and tight. eve-lore has a nice figure and on the fly she and meimei looked really nice on stage. my problem with eve-lore? she has to become bestfriends with the gym. it is not a choice, but a neccessity!!! flatten and tighten the tummy, work out those legs and lose the lumps. that hairstyle is not doing her any justice. i think alot of people have prejudged her beauty or lack thereof. i am not that picky and i find her face pleasant enough. find a hairstyle that work. she can start off by asking meimei for her hairdresser's number. .....

did eve look hot in her little shorts? yes. she looked as hot as meimei from a distance, but up close bagay yo pat bon nan min mamzel du tou and that is a problem for this industry....if needs to look almost as good up close as it does from a distance. ...make us believe in the whole package.....

STAGE PRESENCE

i love the fact that eve-lore has spunk. she is very spirited and far from being shy. she seems confident and ready for the task. i already mentioned my gripes, so no need to spew them out again.

meimei looked awesome despite her circumstance-whatever it is! i find her a little subdued tonight. she could have had more spunk, but when she hit those reggae moves, whining all over the place, i was quickly reminded of why she was an instant hit for the group.

all in all, i can easily envision both ladies taking that stage by storm upon meimei's return.... with a little bit of coordination and hard work to keep their bodies up to snuff, hangout will be banking off their sex appeal. notice, i shied away from voice? i am waiting to see what eve-lore really has to offer before i judge her.

antouka chapo ba pou ti medam yo....we are tough on them and i applaud them for trying out new things. this industry is a bit stuffy with old heads...i am all for giving fresh blood a chance. my only gripe is if we are going to imitate the ami, then do it all the way----keep the bodies in tact, dance like your life depended on it, dress and look the part (attire, makeup and hair).

yes sir...she sang only one song with the help of frero. it was rather loud, but i heard clarity in her vocals. some might disagree. the potential is definitely there. this time hangout did not turn off the mic on the newbie. she is very comfortable infront of a crowd. in regards to the gym? it is a must. that is nature of this business. if hangout wants to sell sex appeal by showcasing hot ladies, then it should be a part of the their contract to keep that body tight. eve-lor has potential, but hangout needs to groom her. mei mei looked liked a veteran lastnight. if you remember, she was not very comfortable on stage in the beginning. like wine, these women tend to get better and better with time.

best of luck to hangout. i do not want to predict, but i can almost see a winning formula with the two ladies. if they can do what georgie and cleo failed to do--coordinate dance steps, keep the sexiness alive and thriving and manage to croak out a few tunes? hangout would have definitely tapped into something viable! people do want to be entertained. sex sells, so why shouldn't the hmi capitalize on the money maker??????
