We spoke to RICHIE today, and this is what he told us about the meeting that took place last night in terms of what went down.

RICHIE: "I was happy with what was said. Everybody is ready in terms of trying to fix things in the Zenglen institution. VERBALLY, everything is ok, but there are papers that are going to be signed in order to make the things that we spoke about last night OFFICIAL."

**IS HE BACK AS THE MAESTRO?

RICHIE: "After all that we spoke about last night is signed on paper, everything will be a go."

*IS HE BACK AS THE STUDIO PRODUCER
RICHIE:" One thing at a time. I have no comment on that."

He also stated that a paper with regulations and rules that the members have to follow will be introduced and signed by each one of the members so that if any of them break the rules, they have to pay for it. Every member will give suggestions as to what will go down on there.

When will be his first gig back with Zenglen?
RICHIE: 'Most likely NEXT WEEK. I am in Orlando right now and I would prefer that everything that we discussed last night be signed in writting before I start performing with the band again."

Seems to me like everyone found common grounds and now in order for things not to crumble like this again, contracts will be signed and everyone will obey the rules. This is something that should be done more in our industry. Establish a structure and things will start falling into place. Tout moun ap poze. Good move Richie and the rest of the Zenglen crew.

I can't disagree with Richie here even if I wanted to. The reason I like the above quotes by Richie is because I get the sense that things are moving in the direction that I've always wanted for the HMI - signed documents and valid and enforceable contracts! Se sal wi.

Too much drama has been going lately in the band. It has to be structured.

We were happy as well Richie. I am glad to see that business is getting more professional.

Has anybody hear how James Brown used to discipline his band? He was ruthless. It is good for zenglen to implement that route; rules and discipline.
