Pat,
Mes Felicitations.
For what you're asking?. This track is so touchy that I had a hard time resisting my Tears Of Joy. This song took me way back to the Days of the Early years of Emeline (Tout moun Ale Lan Kanaval) when my Beloved DAD used to say"MIN FANM KAP CHANTE". I know my Dad would have been just as proud to say it again. If any of you has ever met the Queen of Hearts in person, It is something to experience. The Pictures cannot capture her Gracious Personality, the vibes from this Beautiful Human Being are just overwhelmingly powerful. She is the Ideal Creole Queen.
I'm loving the track and can't wait for the Album. I'll be first in line for my very own Copy.
Go Emeline Go!, I mean Go QUEEN Go!
Peace _________________

Wow!
Indeed, Emeline is back! There are too many great news suddenly.
The picture already tells us the story. She is coming with a very professional, polished up, package.
She is little by little carving her niche and her name in the international arena. In the Kreyol arena, she is the Queen. She has the potential to be a WORLD MUSIC star, like Celia Cruz was, like Cesaria Evora is. She is right there, knocking at the door.
It was such an honor to have worked and represented this lady artist.
My best wishes and best of luck and many blessings to EMELINE MICHEL!
"It takes a lot to get the kreyol out of me" >>> Emeline Michel.
In respond to why she did not take a very lucrative offer to sing in English and be produced by Wyclef sing Hip Hop....... >> ooooooo
o bon bagay!!....sing Hip Hop in English...
SALUD EMELINE MICHEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! KREYOL ROOTS >>>>>
MUCH LOVE TO YOU AND FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!

A wi, mwen resi jwenn.
Yon gwo kout chapo pou KM pou kado sa'a.
"Gade Papi" brings African Soukous and Haitian folklore together.
The lyrics are part autobiographical and part instructive.
I am not at all surprised by the superior quality of the work; by now I know what to expect.
People one of my favorite song is gonna be on that album. Mwen resi jwenn.
[size=24]The song, "Fè Van Pou Mwen", was originally released on Boulo Valcourt's solo album (with Djanm) in the early 90s called "Batala".
Since then Ralph Tamar has sang his own rendition of the song.
Now, it's Emeline's turn. |

KM, what happened to my post?
The song "Fè Van" is over a decade old. I was just following the rules.
Anyway, thanks for the exclusive on the single!!!
I look forward to listening to Emeline's version.
I'm confused. I didn't post Emeline's version - and wouldn't even if I had it.
Oh well, you're the boss!!!
Again, thx for the single!!!
still confused though!!! |
