Prior to the game I told Jonathan Papelbon that he didn't have to show up the Yanks tonight and that he should save his stuff for later games.
He dissagreed!!!!
He said that as a Red Sox, it's his sole duty to crush all Yanks, make them suffer, drag them through the mud, and send them home crying to Ol George.
As I was trying to discourage him, I looked up to see a blast by Big Pappy!!!!
Dag Pappy - why did you have to do that!!!!? 
Not a good home coming for J. Damon - and Wakefield made him and the rest of the dope shooting line up to dance to some knuckle balls!!!

Yanvaloo,
I totally disagreed with the booing. I don't think that was right - and I respect Damon even more for tipping his cap to the the fans, former manager, and former teammates even ashe was being booed. That showed understanding and respect.
And he won the fans over the next time he stepped to the plate. It was cheers from there on.
But that first at bat - even I had to lower my TV down because fans were booing so much. That was totally uncalled for.

Booing Damon showed their true color....
