Baz takes over New York on
July 20 to July 24, 2017 with the
“Weekend Hangover”

New York, New York – March 7, 2017 – A handful of promoters in New York came together to take nightlife to a whole other level by creating Baz. The group has put their resources together and has given New York’s party scene a touch-up by introducing the Weekend Hangover. From July 20 to July 24, 2017, Haitian music will invade the streets of New York from Jamaica to Brooklyn, NY.

Baz was established by Mr. Haiti, High Class Pioneers, Entourage, Team President and Fresh Team, to take over the world of entertainment with exclusive parties and stellar performances.

The 5-day festivities kick-off on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Milk River with Memwa Lakay, a night of nostalgia that will bring back memories of childhood fun and that essence of Haiti that the diaspora misses so much. Laughter and jokes, the smell of fritay and the sound of twoubadou playing in the background, Memwa Lakay, will set the tone for the weekends other exciting events. With performances by Alan Cave, Fefe, Isemylee and Se Joe, the comedian, the soiree will be hosted by Pipo with music by DJ Polomixx and DJ Magic Kenny. Friday, July 21, the party moves to Jouvay Night Club for the Green & White event with 5Lan. Saturday, July 22, it is all about bringing classy back with the elegant Black Tie Affair at Amazura with groups Nu Look, T-Vice, Kai and Mikaben performing. On Sunday, July 23 it’s an ocean view night with the All White Masquerade Boatride Party III, where music fans will board the Nautical Empress to be showered with only the best in music by Harmonik and New York’s very own DJ Stakz. To top off the weekend correctly, the last hangout happens at Chloe’s Lounge on Monday, July 24.

Baz is upping the ante and taking things to the next level as they show the world how hard New York can play when it comes to Haitian music and entertainment. Weekend Hangover New York is bringing top performers, top entertainers and top DJ’s to a club near you and is introducing a Party Package that gives you access to all five events for the low price of $150.
