I dont get the point of this post at all....if the promoter was out of the bidding bc the price tag was too high for him then Yes it makes sense. But its clear that he's confident that he will pay which means he still has yet to lock them down...anything can happen and now that he put the price out there this could have a negative reaction from the bands
