We asked hmi songstress CLEO what is the dish that SHE IS THE BEST AT COOKING, this is what she said.
CLEO: "I make a killer KALALOU. I am extremely good at that. Li Pa Glisse, Li Pa Kraze, and when I serve that with some white rice, MY KALALOU IS THE BOMB. I learnt how to do it along with other dishes because in Haiti, I used to have a restaurant at home that I used to cook in."

One of my favorite dish is kalalou with Djondjon and poule du with white rice..... with a little piment.. it will take your breath away... |
