During sexual intercourse, can a woman come without knowing that she does?

I've dating and have sex with a lot of women in my lifetime, but there is that one girl, she would pre-cum while you making out but she will never come even though I stay on her for almost 1 hour, even though we took many different positions and do 2 rounds

She'd hold me tight and scream when the sex is getting very good and I'll ask her "are you coming?" and she'd just tell me "I don't know".

Many time after sex, I'd ask her if she came, she would simply reply that she don't know. I explain to her what that is, she would tell me "she don't know if she came or not". She is not a kid. She was like 23.
