First and foremost I hope that everyone can remember my position about polemic....I never like it even when people try to tell me that it helps our bands to work harder and make progress......

Ti Manno said "Polemic pap fèn avancé" in one song and in another one he said 'Guen 10.000 sujets sou la tè ké nou ka trété pa kité paresse ap fènn di sk pa guen sens"....and I couldn't agree more.
In all that Hing Hang between the fans of both artists Mei Mei and Georgie I couldn't care less who said what, but I wonder about the mentality, the balance and the direction of my Konpa community and ask myself once again what kind of business we are really in.....(MUSIC OR WAR)....and why do we continue to hurt ourselves.....

While I'm not here to judge who's right and who's wrong.....One thing is certain I will not blame the princess for taking a jab at another female artist for the simple reason that this is the culture that we all have learned to accept from the male artists as the norm of the Konpa society from the time of Nemours/Sicot Tabou/Skah Shah/DP/Scorpio down to the Djakout/T.Vice/Micky/Mizik Mizik etc...Gracia/Gazzman saga....until the very recent jabs of Zenglen/Fasil.

It has always been the same formula.....Find a target....look for his/ now we can add her weak points and try your best shots to score by any means necessary to get everyone's attention.

Georgy Métellus is no Emmeline Michel she is no Yole Dérose neither...she is a Konpa artist and she is playing the Konpa games, she knows that in this arena "sé mété crampon vicé"...
I also hope that you guys remember the famous gloves advertizing of last year.....19 years old or 1 year old if a Konpa artist (male or female) don't want to be tackled he/she will have to get out of the turf.....Mei Mei, as much as we all love her and wish her the best in her career will have to face this battle by herself,with her voice, her style, her skill,her talent.....but she can only make it with the help of good mentors and talented musicians.....none of us here can come to her rescue with strong words towards the princess..... otherwise Mei Mei will not grow to be able to compete....we have to keep it musical....

As far as I can remember in Georgie's first days in Hangout, the band released the song 911 and we all know what it was all about...therefore I'm not surprise if today she is giving Hangout a taste of their own medicine...... All I can say is that she is one brave woman......

Base on that analysis I can conclude this.......Once an attack is launched by a band, artist or people that we like.....we encourage it....but when it is done to the one that we like we cry foul play......and some people are even asking for a lawsuit......Dépi ki lè....
If we can accept the behavior for some.....we must also have the courage to accept it for all...(male or female)...

In the Konpa Field of Conflict, we have seen over the years some guys with GNB, now let's see if we have some ladies with KNB.
The best Hangout can do is to write a song and let Mei Mei answer Georgie to the best of Hangout's songwriters ability......because like I said it above..... "that's the culture we have learned to accept as the norm in our Konpa society".......

SAD BUT TRUE.....
