IT IS A VERY SAD DAY IN THE HMI today as I was a witness to a crew attacking MICKAEL GUIRAND on stage in front of a packed house. This all stems from the KREYOL LA/CARIMI bal that is supposed to take place next week.

It was a very tense night...FRICTION REIGNING ALL OVER. A couple of guys pulled Mickael off the stage because he refused to announce the KREYOL LA/CARIMI party on the stage, therefore they took offense and attacked the Carimi vocalist. MICKAEL was NOT hurt because he defended himself and a lot of other people surrounded him and the assailants before it got uglier.

It all started as I was observing when I saw RICHARD URBAIN (Promoter of the party) and FITO FARINEN talking over the music while CARIMI was playing. I saw a guy hand over the flyer to the party for Mickael to announce the party a first time, Mickael told the guy to talk to Fito. That was a sign right there that something was about to go down.

That crew which I believe is led by GLASSES or RICHARD then apparently went downstairs with FITO to have some sort of discussion which I am sure was about the party. CARIMI's friends/crew BROTHERS were there, and they asked MICKAEL to say on the microphone that they wanted FITO upstairs because they had a bad vibe about the other crew going downstairs with Fito. The BROTHERS then went downstairs followed by MICKAEL who stopped playing to make sure that Fito was ok.

After a little while, MICKAEL came upstairs and started performing with the band again. Fito soon followed and came up to watch the band. After the end of a song by CARIMI, one of the guys from the crew passed the flyer to Mickael again, and this time was very aggressive by saying "Announce the fucking party". Mickael did not do it. When the crew passed the flyer to DANNY P. (Who was on the stage with Carimi) to announce the upcoming party, Mickael pulled the flyer from Danny not wanting him to annonce the party, that's when all hell broke loose and one or two of the guys from the crew pulled Mickael from the stage by grabbing on to his legs to drag him down onto the floor to the public's horror. Before everything got out of order people stepped in between Mickael and the members of the crew, including some fans,friends and security who stood in front of Mickael and the crew before it got out of hand.

MICKAEL and FITO went downstairs as Carimi stopped playing to prevent any further incident. Because of threats, and because everyone involved wanted to take precautionary measures, FITO and MICKAEL were escorted out of the club after things cooled down in order to get to their cars to go home.

WHERE IS THE BUSINESS GOING?

VERY VERY SAD DAY FOR THE HMI and the FIGURES surrounding it.

PS: It is very important to note that the other members of Carimi were never really in danger as GLENNY, ALEX and TI MARCO all stayed behind UPSTAIRS after the incident to watch KDANS. CARLO left after a little while on his own without any assistance.

I HOPE AND PRAY TO GOD that this is the end of this BS.

It's sad that it has to happen like that but thats the ugly part of the entertainment business,in any culture or genre.

Just like i said last time some of these bands need their personal security and you guys take it for a joke. Many of these artists has a lot of influence on the public, on that token their services such as announcing somethings has a big affect on the outcome of whatever their promoting.
people who's running the show behind the scene can either hate you or love or may even want to hurt you.

Carimi i hope lesson learned,protect yourselfs,on stage ,in public or where ever. t-vice and many more the industry is chaging and growing ,lets change and grow with it. I love my haitian celebrities,start acting like one protect yourselfs. BODYGUARDS!!BODYGUARDS!!

My opinion on that matter is that Richard Urbain should decide what he wants to be you cannot be everything at the same time. Fok Richard decide si li vle producer ou bien promoter bal. A promoter and a producer are two different thing so Mr. producer make up your mind ou pa ka vle pou fe tout bagay nan HMI la. The other guys (glasses and Fo)also are pretty good at bay moun pression se yo minm ki te force mr djakout yo joue ak T-Vice se minmm neg sa yo te minnim al bay pression. It is time for that to stop before things get ugly and Richard should remember if any body get hurt he will not be making any money any more in the HMI.
