Hi BK,

Well for starters, it's a cultural thing. I was always taught when going to a bal, you don't dance w/people u don't know. Unless it is with a friend of friend, family friend etc..But it still never stopped me from dancing w/strangers.

As I got older, I prefer not to dance w/strangers for several reasons:

Bad Hygene
Poor dancer
Talks 2 damn much
or plain out scrubby

I prefer to bring my own date, cuz I am a good dancer. Haitian songs are long, so I would rather dance w/someone who I know is an good dancer.

As for woman giving u attitude, What can I say "ur coming across the wrong sistas.. I always try to be pleasant as possible. Unless I come across the drunken @ss who works my nerves..

Let me ask u this? How do u approach these women?

That's probably why they don't dance with you. You describe us like an object. We are people okay. Me I'm a nice person and is willing to dance with guys but not with an Attitude like yours sorry.

If a girl says no, just act surprise and tell her that you don't know what she is saying no to. She will most likely repeat it and tell you that she does not want to dance.
