*KOMPA MAGAZINE: The ONE CD/album u heard that made you say I WANT TO BE A MUSICIAN....I want to be part of this business. Name the cd and tell us why.
FLAV: "Funny thing is growing up in Port-De-Paix, I was in love with Kdans and still am, but it was never an album. I credit this whole crazy experience to my best friend Nick Charite who invited me to his band's rehearsal.
While they were doing auditions for singers and one of the guys was running late and Nick told me "yo grab the mic and sing that Kdans "Malatchong" song"; and being a fan of Kdans, I knew the lyrics. Our first and last show was at my college FAU and the crew from Gabel saw me there and the rest is history lol. So both Kdans and Nick Charite are responsible."
