I personally don't see anything wrong with Zenglen's decision... At first neg yo t panse papye misye tap gentan jere anvan album nan but unfortunately not they do what's best for them. Zenglen is a business like any other business. Nan travay ou a kounyea menm siw gen short/long term disability once ou gen yon problem u cant work anymore u are done no matter how much of a good/great employee you were when you were healthy, They ain't gonna wait for u. U only good for a business when you can perform the task and as of right now the man can't travel so they aint gonna put their business on hold to please the man therefore they put the man on hold. It's a business decision. Business 101!
