DJAKOUT#1 has given a GUARANTEE to Orlando Caribbean Festival top dog D'HAITI that they will be at the festival later this month.
D'HAITI: "I spoke to TI REGI twice, as well as the manager TI MARCO in Haiti. They explained to me that they just have the issue because Kensy gave in the petition papers late; but they have guaranteed me that all should be resolved in about a week and a half. They have told me not to worry and that they will be there."
