Promoter OXYGEN PRODUCTIONS made a declaration to me yesterday about HMI partygoers.
GARY OXYGEN: "I have to tell you and I stand 100% behind this, HAITIANS WILL GO OUT IN THE SNOW TO PARTY; BUT THEY WILL NOT GO OUT IF IT RAINS. That's just how it is and I am convinced of that."
Gary tells us that that was proven to him again on Saturday in Maryland. [b]" The weather was lousy. It started raining really hard non-stop from the morning until the next day on Sunday. It was unbelievable. I have to tell you that Haitians don't mess around with the rain...that's for sure."

I have seen it first hand...it is just a black woman thing and it is related 100% to the HAIR (cost to get it done and ROI..Return On Investment as most women want the hairdo to last a week or more). It can be just drizzling outside and I am in and out minding my business and my wife is panicking for an umbrella and looking for the slightest reason/excuse to cancel the date.
I do know like most men how pissed and impatient we are when we came home at 4AM after a party and we are laying in the bed getting ready for ACTION and the lady is taking 15 to 20 minutes in front of the mirror securing her hairdo with that "mouchoir or filč" extra curricular activities...even will call us for help. There may be positions that we cannot get that night because of the hair...It is all about the HAIR..and other serious businesses (HMI, Sex/Romance) are suffering.
Oh Well...I can see a party not succeeding due to the rain.
