*KOMPA MAGAZINE: What was your overall impression of the festival? The good and the bad.
DARLEINE: "They started late because of that the bands didn't really have enough time to perform. I think with better preparations the turn out could have been better. And there was no contact between the medias and the bands. The setting was off. The bands couldnt locate the medias. We had no access to the bands backstage. Made it hard capture great images for the fans. Which made our jobs a lot harder to do. The good: the team effort was good. The staff worked hard to please to fans, and the bands did the same as well. But because of time restrictions se pa tout djaz kite gen chance pou yo delivré sa yo te preparé pou fanatik yo."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Which bands had the top 3 best performances at the festival?
DARLEINE: "Nu look with the Ice bucket challenge. Phantom with the barber chair and the scene. Carimi wt the energy "Met tout moun sou pye yo".

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: The WORST performance of the night that you felt no one was really into?
DARLEINE: "Cruz la but again they stopped after barely 2mns on stage. They apologized to the fans and made a statement about the sound not being good."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: Any advice for the organizer(s) on what can be improved?
DARLEINE: "It seems like they kept changing the program as well as the lineup. They should come up with a strategy and make sure that everyone is on the same page. Timing also is everything. Start on time no matter what. 2hr delay was too much. It's a team effort. They need to be on the same page to better serve the fans. After all its all about pleasing them."

*KOMPA MAGAZINE: The most positive aspect of the 2014 edition of Labor Day Fest in your opinion?
DARLEINE: "No matter what, the show went on and everyone had a great time. And the capacity was good. I believe next year will be better."
