We spoke to KATALOG yesterday as he updated us on a few GABEL happenings.
*NEW GABEL CD IS READY TO GO! "Our next studio CD is set to be released in MARCH 2014 right after the kanaval. We had 14 songs on this current studio cd; but for this one we will bring it down to 12."
*MAJOR AMERICAN STAR SET FOR GABEL NEXT CD: "The manager has told me that he is working on it. We plan to have a major American artist on our next CD. I can't tell you who it is yet until the deal is done."
*MUSIC VIDEO POWER: "Yes we plan to have the same strategy for our next cd. Originally, the idea for all those music videos was to sell the band in Haiti. We did not just want to go the radio route; but we also wanted to have visuals for the fans to see and learn the songs. That in turn would keep GABEL's presence strong on the market down there throughout the year even if we are not there. When all the videos for this current cd are done, I believe we will have 9 songs with videos out of 14 on a cd."
