HERVE BASTIEN

Kompa Magazine was was made aware by very very VERY close sources to the affair...that HERVE BASTIEN was the MAIN REASON why GARY OXYGEN no longer wanted to continue with KLASS.

GARY OXYGEN felt that he was in business with RICHIE; but did NOT anticipate HERVE BASTIEN (Richie's right hand man) to be as involved as he was in the business aspect of KLASS. THERE WAS THIS STRONG RESENTMENT on Gary's part that Herve Bastien had to be there in terms of his dealings with the maestro.

RICHIE has often said that he won't do anything that involves business without his good friend and right hand man HERVE BASTIEN; and that in the end apparently was a MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR reason in Gary wanting to break the business relationship with KLASS Even though the two were cordial with each other in their dealings; they simply were NOT on the same page.

This band need an "ego" control for everyone. Ce n' est pas bon pour l' image que projette KLASS actuellement. Il faut une rapide prise de conscience et d' auto-évaluation. Des départs et/ou renvois en cascade donnent l' impression d' une instabilité chronique et comme toute entreprise la confiance est primordiale afin d' attirer des investisseurs potentiels. A bon entendeur salut!

I hear u bro. I think this band wanted to hit the ground running before they could crawl/walk. I haven't paid any attention to this band cause they haven't done anything to catch my attention.

I said it before when they got together and I'm saying it again now, this was never going to work in the long run. Gary does not have a good track record. No band he's gotten involved with has ever worked out. Going in business with him was never going to work.

Richie and the rest of the Klass chore (Herve, Pozo, and Nixon) need to sit down, evaluate things, and start over. Having said that, good luck with everything and I'll be waiting for the album whenever it's ready.

Gary's departure is a blessing for Klass, Gary maybe a good guy with good intention and will however he had proven over and over he is nothing but a good fan of the business who's cluless of what his task is about. The music business is not as easy people think it is, a lot of prerequisites are needed to be qualified to manage, decide and lead otherwise it will come down to a catastrophe

Klass was an opportunity for Gary to prove himself in the HMI. Unfortunately, Gary doesn't understand the business. Richie and Herve Bastien have been friends since childhood in Cap-Haitien. They know and respect each other very well, and money will not break them apart. Herve Bastien always works in Richie's best interests. Gary had in mind to split this two best friends apart, but his plan failed. Gary thought because he has money to invest for the band, he could dictate anything to the staff. What the HELL is that?

Overall, Gary's departure is a blessing for KLASS because this man has a lot of issues with the media and promoters specially in New York, New Jersey, and so on. As everyone knows, Media and Promoters plays a very important role in the Haitian Music Industry, so if Gary doesn't get along well with them, that was going to have negative impacts on the band.

Richie has experience in the Haitian Music Industry, and he also has good friends who want to invest for KLASS, so his band will move FORWARD.

By the way, I really enjoyed KLASS last night at Thatiana Night Club. Wow, kade yon Diaz, bon bagay net.
